In this powerful episode Jada Pinkett Smith, her mother Adrienne and daughter Willow, have a candid conversation about race relations between women of color and white women. Jada’s producer shares her challenges understanding as a white woman “white privelege” and how to start the discussion. Famed diversity educator Jane Elliott joins the group to explain the history of race and reinforces the fact that there is only one race – the human race.

When Jada asked what can be done Elliott responded, “We need to stop believing the myth. In this country what we call education is actually indoctrination. It takes us from the age of five to the age of 18 to thoroughly indoctrinate people so they believe in the myth of white superiority. It is a myth.”
