As New Allegations Emerge Against Katt Williams his Former Assistant, Brooks Colyar, Expresses Concern for the Troubled Comedian
I truly hope Katt Williams does not end up dealing with a bunch of women “jumping on the bandwagon” against him as many celebrities have experienced. The New York Daily News is reporting that an aspiring actress, Jamila Majesty, filed a lawsuit Thursday claiming that two years ago Williams orchestrated “a bloody five-on-one assault involving witchcraft — all because she used his bathroom.” The NY Daily News story says Majesty claims that she “sustained broken ribs, split tendons and facial scarring after being “imprisoned” and “tortured” in Williams’ bathroom, according to papers obtained.”
Just as these new accusations emerge Parle Magazine has an excellent article by Ann Brown featuring Williams former assistant, Brooks Jackson Colyar, who is heartbroken to see what’s going on with her friend and says there is another side of Katt Williams. Colyar, the former wife and manager of comedian Michael Colyar, said of Williams:
“He’s funny, kind; I can not say too many good things about him. That is why I am so worried for him right now… This isn’t the person I got to know so well.
Parle reports that Colyar never saw or knew of Katt Williams using drugs aside from medically prescribed marijuana and acknowledged that she would expect guns to be found in his house because Williams is an avid gun collector.Amid all of the recent allegations she is concerned about his mental health.
“Katt Williams is a genius and he’s one of the most generous men I have ever met. I can tell you so many stories of his generosity. He liked to take care of people. That’s why I think he must be under a lot of stress now. Worrying about everyone and not sleeping and he might not have the support system in place to make sure he’s being taken care of,” Colyar believes.
