President Biden Drops Out of the 2024 Election
Edrea Davis – After pressure from funders and what President Biden referred to as Democratic Party “elites,” the President has decided to drop out of the 2024 presidential race. despite continued support from many Democratic Party officials and voters.
President Biden will go down in history as one of the most consequential presidents of all time. He brought the country back from the COVID 19 Pandemic without the deep recession financial experts predicted.
He did more for Black people than anyone in modern history. His many accomplishments included:
1 Tackled COVID 19 by getting vaccine to people for free
2 Quicky sent $1400 COVID checks to all adults
3 Extended COVID unemployment
4 Extended Child Tax Credit to $3600 & gave $300 monthly per kid to help ends meet (716,000 Black children lifted out of poverty)
5 Tripled Earned Income Credit for workers w/o kids
6 Selected the 1st Black vice president of the US.
7 Nominated the 1st Black woman to US Supreme Court.
8 The Small BA more than doubled loans to Black owned businesses since 2020
9 Invested into Black communities w/ #Justice40
made record investments in HBCUs
10 Canceled student debt
11 Most diverse in Cabinet & staff American history
12 Championed policies to combat Black maternal health crisis
13 On his first day in office signed a historic executive order declaring acknowledging the human costs of systemic racism and making a commitment to tackle inequality.
