Billionaire Robert F. Smith Pledged Grants to Pay School Debt for the 2019 Graduating Class at Morehouse College
Billionaire Robert F. Smith tells 2019 Morehouse College graduates that he will pay their college debt. While it took a moment for it to sink in to the graduates, once they realized that they really heard what they thought they heard, they were elated. We need more black men and women tho give back. You don’t have to be a millionaire. Mr. Smith did challenge the young men to pay it forward. After this amazing gift, I’m sure they will.
Mr. Smith said it best, “We are enough to take care of our own community. We are enough to ensure we have all the opportunities of the American dream.”
